- Visit our Teemill site. We’ve partnered with a really great UK company that is sustainable down to its core. They print our designs onto organic cotton t-shirts, and have a return when finished with the t-shirt policy to reward recycling the fabric. They will ship to anywhere in the world, but we only recommend it for Europe and the UK because they ship duty included.

No Duties. No Tariffs. No Import Fees.
We use trusted print shops in both Canada and the United States.
Your order is usually printed and shipped within your own country. If it is shipped from outside, we handle the duty. (We only use DDP, or delivery duty paid, international shipping.)
How Long Will It Take?
Typically, 1-2 weeks.
Since every Sustainable Steps order is printed just for you, your shirt doesn’t already exist on a shelf somewhere waiting to be picked and packed (and thrown away if no one wants it). It gets made after you place your order, helping us avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and keep good clothing out of landfills.
Printing usually takes 1–7 business days, depending on the product, the season, and how busy our print partners are.
Shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on where you live and your local carrier.
We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as we have one. Feel free to check in with us at any stage of the game if you’re wondering where your order is.
Multiple Packages?
Possibly.
Since we work with different print partners, items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Don’t worry if only part of your order shows up first. Its friends are probably close behind.
